Acting on behalf of Tesco, GL Hearn acquired a new lease in this prestigious new office building in Manchester City Centre for their Express concept.

 

Liaising closely with the Regional Acquisition Manager and ensuring the site fitted with Tesco's core strategy, a new store of 4,000sq ft was acquired on a 15 year lease.

GL Hearn were involved from the initial stages from finding the site through to full lease negotiations and eventual completion of the legal formalities.

 

In addition, GL Hearn's Manchester planning team obtained all necessary consents in order for the store to open.
