On behalf of Ashford Developments, GL Hearn was instructed to undertake a valuation of the newly developed Abbey Retail Park in Daventry, Northants, to help resolve a dispute with the local council. The park totalled approximately 65,000 sq ft, anchored by a DIY store with six other retail units.

 

We have also been providing initial valuation advice to Ashford in respect of a proposed retail and residential development at Lewisham Gateway.
