Independent property advisor, GL Hearn has recruited former Valuation Office Agency (VOA) Director and President of the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI), Paul Sanderson, as a consultant to advise on policy matters and to represent the firm in the international property arena.

 

Paul brings with him over 40 years’ experience in the property valuation sector, with the last 25 years specialising in the valuation of properties for non-domestic rating purposes. Over the years, Paul has dealt with high-value specialist properties and advised on some of the most significant rating policy changes and litigation cases; the results of which have influenced principles and practice in the field on a national and international basis.
