***		 This project involved the demolition of an existing retail and office building and the construction of a new retail store to the let to Robert Sayle, part of the John Lewis Group.

GL Hearn provided preliminary advice on the affect of the proposed development on the rights to light enjoyed by the surrounding properties. We also served notice on the relevant adjoining owners under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, recorded schedules of condition and agreed awards with the adjoining ownersą surveyors.
