	Natural England (NE) is the statutory agency responsible for the conservation of flora and fauna in England. An instruction was received from NE to advise them on the refurbishment of an office in Westminster to be used to receive government ministers and other important visitors. We were appointed to develop a design, prepare drawings and a specification, conduct the tender process and undertake all contract administration duties. Our design included new partitions, a new heating and lighting installation in accordance with the latest environmental regulations, new sanitary facilities and the replacement of all finishes. NE were delighted to move in to their new office on time and within budget and subsequently we were instructed to provide dilapidations advice after NE had vacated their former offices.
