	We were instructed by Clydesdale Bank who were considering funding the proposed development of nine apartments within a former electricity transformer building located in East London. We undertook an initial audit of the scheme and were subsequently instructed to monitor the development on behalf of the Bank. The instruction involved regular site inspections, verification of the developer’Äôs draw down requests, reviewing collateral warranties and commenting on statutory compliance issues.
