We are instructed to advise Tesco in respect of proposals to regenerate, expand
and reinvigorate West Bromwich town centre. The 38 acre development
concept is to extend the comparison and convenience shopping provision, by creating new purpose built shop units, which will be anchored by a Tesco Extra store. Leisure and health and fitness units, public realm improvements and car and cycle parking also complement the development. GL Hearn provides strategic compulsory purchase advice, budget cost estimates for acquisitions and negotiates acquisitions. In addition GL Hearn provided planning advice to the developer.
