	We are instructed by Westfield in respect of proposals to regenerate, expand and reinvigorate Derby town centre. The development proposals involve the significant expansion of The Eagle Centre to introduce additional retail floorspace and two new anchor stores. GL Hearn provides strategic compulsory purchase advice, budget cost estimates for acquisitions and negotiates acquisitions. GL Hearn is also the appointed agent for Derby City Council on this scheme.
