Bere Hill constitutes a site of some 75 acres for which we have prepared proposals for a sustainable urban extension, comprising 700 dwellings. The proposals comprise a mixed use, high density core at the heart of a high and medium density development. We have also prepared an environmental study to assess the impacts of the proposals on the local area. Our work has included an analysis of the housing land availability situation in Test Valley. The GL Hearn studies have enabled the promotion of this land as a location for future major development at Andover, in the context of the emerging local plan review. |
