Our Residential, Leisure and Building Consultancy teams were instructed by Lewes District Council Planning Department to advise on the viability of retirement village and new nursing home provision on this site. The historic 18th century Convent and Nursing Home Grade II listed building was in need of substantial upgrading to comply with current regulations, which was to be funded by way of cross subsidy from a proposed retirement village. |
