We were instructed to advise on the viability of this pioneering housing scheme in the Derbyshire village. 51 dwellings, comprising a mix of houses, bungalows and flats, were developed as part of the regeneration of this estate of substandard Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete housing, in the first PFI-funded affordable housing scheme in a partnership between the local authority, the housing association and the funders. Financial modelling and cash flow projections were provided to demonstrate the long-term financial viability and value of the scheme. |
