Acted as a key part of the development team in securing a resolution to grant outline planning consent for a major reworking of Dartford town centre. The proposed £94m mixed-use scheme will include 161,000 sq ft of retail space. Surrounding the anchor tenant Tesco - who plan to build one of their new vertical stores - will be separate retail and A3 units. The scheme will also include 500 residential units. Negotiated with the Borough Council and residential parties to secure the appropriate mix of uses. |
