We were instructed by Wandsworth Borough Council to carry out valuation of the Council's housing, hostel and garage stock. We advised the Council in respect of values for Housing Revenue Account purposes for Resource Accounting and Rent Restructuring purposes. The exercise involved the Council's entire Housing Revenue Account stock, totalling some 22,500 properties throughout the Borough, together with some out-of-Borough stock. Properties valued included an estate in Roehampton with Grade II listed tower blocks of flats and uniquely designed bungalows considered to be of architectural interest as examples of 1960s architecture. |
