	On the instructions of Argos we undertook the rent review of their 11,245 sq ft store in Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre. The Landlord, British Steel, originally quoted a revised rent of £181,500 per annum based on £95 Zone A. The unit is located at the end of the Mall and we successfully argued for an adjustment for location and size and layout. The agreed rent reflects £90.30 Zone A with an overall 9% end allowance.
