***		 Following a tender process, we were appointed to develop a Web-based system to enable tracking of property and lease information for world-wide Orange companies.

Using Archibus/FM 12 and Archibus Web Central, a system was developed to include detail on property ownership, rent information, lease details and other financial information for almost 700 buildings in 16 countries.

The system is used by property managers in all these locations to track building performance and costs, as well as by Orange Corporate Property to benchmark these buildings.
