***		 Following the move to a new purpose built office in Leeds, we carried out a Workplace Audit for BT to establish whether new ways of working had been adopted and an increase in occupancy levels achieved. The results clearly showed low levels of occupancy and highlighted where these areas were. Our results and recommendations to fit an additional 300 staff into the building (already housing 550 staff), allowed BT to dispense with their plan to occupy expensive properties elsewhere in the City, with an estimated cost saving of £2,317,500*.
