We currently have 2 full-time CAD/CIFM specialists based on-site at JP Morgan in London carrying out department occupancy charge-out, drawing control and space planning.
The team utilise Archibus FM10, Infrastructure Management System, to catalogue and report on the space, which comprises 4.1 million sq ft of space in 27 countries.
Prior to the merger with JP Morgan, we had been managing the Chase Manhattan Archibus System since January 2001. A major achievement following the merger was the consolidation of the two major drawing archives and the alignment of the JP Morgan and Chase Manhattan occupancy charge-out processes. |
