Our advice involved rent review negotiations and the merger of rating hereditaments within the three main buildings to reduce business rates. We advised on the acquisition of over 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation and negotiated incentives including the regearing of leases to achieve the client's objectives whilst reducing their outgoings.
