As part of a major project to consolidate Sony's Basingstoke buildings to their Sony Village site, we were instructed to carry out a major Accommodation Study prior to the formulation of space allocation recommendations and detailed space plans.
The project involved a Workplace Audit to measure current office occupancy and the interview of over 30 senior staff to understand their department requirements.
Our specialist Relocation Managers were responsible for the complex programming of the moves which resulted in an on-site presence for 10 months. |
