	Following the instruction to acquire, fit out and relocate 500 staff to a new European HQ within 12 months, we undertook a detailed location and property search. Building A at The Arena, Bracknell was chosen from the shortlist having met the necessary space and infrastructure requirements. Our Senior Project Manager then formed an in-house multi-disciplinary team to undertake all aspects of the project, including interior design, space planning, fit-out and relocation management. The design of the interior involved detailed consultation with staff from each department to identify their current and future headcounts and specialist requirements in respect of Tektronix's business. The project was deemed a great success with Peter Tong, European Facilities Director, Tektronix commenting: 'Right the way through acquisition, planning, project management and the move, this has been a model of professionalism and a credit to GL Hearn'.
