We can ascertain the likely level of affordable housing which will be acceptable, and work closely with our own planning teams and, if required, provide evidence at Planning Inquiries.

Once the affordable housing element of your scheme is decided, we can act in an agency capacity, negotiating with local Registered Social Landlords to obtain the best price in the market. Crucially we can also advise on the specification which is especially important where the transfer value is restricted by the S.106.
