GL Hearn secure sale of locally listed character property, Beach Tower, for long-standing client Sue Ryder

GL Hearn and joint agent Vail Williams were instructed by Sue Ryder to dispose of their property, Beach Tower, set on the coast of Southsea. The stunning seafront property substantially exceeded the quoting price and was sold to Beach Tower Southsea Ltd. The new owners have bought the property with a view to sensitively restore the building to its former glory, maintaining its historic integrity and repurposing as serviced apartments.

Beach Tower was kindly donated to the charity and the proceeds will now provide a valuable contribution towards helping the charity continue to provide its vitally important hospice and neurological care across our communities.”
