Paul Ellis

Paul is an integral part of our rating team based in our Cheltenham office. As part of the ‘High Street’ team he works on behalf of many national retailers but also specialises in the Distribution/Logistics and Shopping Centre sectors. Paul is also ‘client lead’ for a number of prestigious clients.

Having spent 34 years within the Valuation Office Agency, Paul moved in to the private sector in 2011.

Whilst working for the Valuation Office Agency Paul gained experience in the South Western, Midlands and South Wales regions.

Both within the private and public sector, Paul has managed a wide and varied workload, dealing with rating appeals on many classes of property including industrial, retail, commercial, licensed and leisure industries.
