Design and masterplanning of an MOD owned site with the purpose of achieveing maximum value. Provision of housing and other uses to satisfy local demand and revitalise Aldershot.

Our team worked on the project to create a distinctive and modern addition to Aldershot that retains the memory of its special history. The main objective of the landscape masterplan was to create connectivity and linkage with the existing urban fabric of the surrounding areas by making the site more “permeable” and accessible to the Town.

The legibility of movement within the site was enhanced and the character areas were reinforced with the new redevelopment. This was accompanied by linking and integrating the site using gateways and nodes that form part of the connectivity and way finding approach to the redevelopment of the site.
