We have been appointed by Tesco to advise on its asset optimisation strategy. With an initial brief to focus on 40 stores in the south east, Tesco subsequently instructed us to dispose of a further 20 stores across its central London estate.

With wide-ranging bids from house builders, private developers, hoteliers and storage businesses, we carried out rigorous analysis and delivered expert advice, enabling Tesco to protect the operational aspects of their business, mitigate potential risks, and negotiate successfully on specific deals.
