In 2019, we continued our work with London Luton Airport Limited (LLAL) as we launched a two-month statutory consultation process for the proposed expansion of London Luton Airport.

With ambitious plans to take the airport’s capacity from 18m to 32m passengers per annum (mppa), the size and scale of the project requires a Development Consent Order (DCO).

We lead on masterplanning for the airport expansion, planning communication and consultation, socio-economic advisory, and landscape and architectural design. Planning will be submitted next year, and consent targeted for Q4 2021.
