Over the last seven years Ian Shrubsall, GL Hearn’s Head of DCO, Energy and Infrastructure has acted as the planning consultant for TAG Farnborough Airport, Europe’s premier business aviation airport. His involvement has ranged from the preparation of a masterplan for the future of the airport, to leading GL Hearn representations on the LDF Core Strategy and Area Action Plan.

Ian Shrubsall was the planning expert witness on two successful planning appeals that sought to nearly double weekend and annual air movements, and secured four planning applications for associated development of new hangars, new ground support facilities, and new Aviator hotel.
