Our experience in acting for public sector organisations includes working for Local Authorities, delivery agencies and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). We provide development valuation advice often as part of funding bids for Private Finance Initiative or other Central Government funding streams.

Having acted for the RSL sector for a number of years we have in-depth knowledge of the procedures and requirements of the Homes & Communities Agency. We advise on all types of schemes sizes and tenures. Our commercial valuation colleagues provide input in respect of non-residential elements of mixed-use schemes and we have considerable experience and contacts in the Primary Care Trust/surgery sector.

We have specialist knowledge of viability modelling techniques using the Three Dragons Model, Economic Appraisal Tool or Circle Developer. We are able to act on behalf of public sector organisations to evaluate viability models being presented by developers. We can also provide evidence at Planning Inquiries if required.
