GL Hearn has created a ‘New Homes’ division in order to compliment its already successful Planning and Mixed Use Divisions. Justin Sumner, formerly a Director of Savills, with over 25 years experience in the property industry, has joined GL Hearn in order to deliver carefully conceived and delivered property solutions for GL Hearn’s already extensive client base.

Justin Sumner comments, “I believe this is a timely moment for GLHearn to be stepping into the NEW HOMES market. There has never been a more important time for developers to have well researched and delivered property solutions. GLHearn’s knowledge from Planning through to Building Consultancy, allows us to deliver a truly comprehensive and value added service, especially when it comes to the sales process – We are now providing the services of a one stop shop, all situated under one roof”.

GLHearn is not limited to dealing in one location as there are six! offices within in the group. However, the New Homes Division is already advising clients on projects, (mixed use and pure residential projects, across the Greater London area. “This would seem to be the core area of our dealings at this time”, cites Justin Sumner.

Whether we are advising on National regeneration schemes or more locally lead developments, Mixed Use is all about providing a sense of social cohesion between the development, the people living around it and the people living within it. Our research will provide demographic studies, specification details, local planning demands and detailed specialist advice on Affordable Housing issues.
