Our detailed reports provide a thorough appraisal on the condition, construction and costs of remedying any defects, allowing our clients to make an informed decision before committing to the transaction.

An assessment of a property's condition prior to an acquisition or taking a leasehold interest is time well spent. Invariably a survey results in savings as problems are highlighted, resulting in either a reduction in the purchase price or a re-negotiation of the terms of the lease.

Our service, for developers, designers and neighbours includes:

• Clarifying and advising on the extent of the service required

• Reviewing leases and other pertinent legal and
  technical documents

• Advising on the use of, and co-coordinating any specialist
  sub-consultants to report on land contamination, deleterious
  materials testing and services installations

• Inspecting the property

• Collating all sub-consultants reports and reporting on the
  construction, condition, defects and any maintenance issues

• Liaising with other members of the acquisition team and dealing
  with any queries
