Our work of undertaking alterations and improvements to property involves our role as contract administrators, whereby we organise on behalf of the client competitive tenders, preparing building contracts, arranging commencement of the contractors work and monitoring their performance on site through to practical completion.
This role also involves undertaking periodic valuations, assessing changes required during the course of the work and ensuring appropriate instructions to ensure the client's position is protected.
