We advise clients on building projects including the establishment of a brief and the suitable route to procure the construction phase. We can advise on the organisation and appointment of external consultants and monitor the various ways of phasing the scheme through to satisfactory completion.

Our work of undertaking alterations and improvements to property involves our role as contract administrators, whereby we organise on behalf of the client competitive tenders, preparing building contracts, arranging commencement of the contractors work and monitoring their performance on site through to practical completion.

This role also involves undertaking periodic valuations, assessing changes required during the course of the work and ensuring appropriate instructions to ensure the client's position is protected.
