Development Appraisals

We undertake valuations to assess the residual land value for acquisition or disposal purposes of greenfield and brownfield sites as well as properties suitable for regeneration / refurbishment. In addition we can provide viability exercises (calculation of worth or profit) where the property is already owned. We can value sites either with or without planning consent and work closely with our planning, development and building consultancy colleagues. All of our valuations include a sensitivity analysis.
