Whether the move is for 5 people or 500+, good management is essential. A dedicated project manager will be appointed to oversee every stage and aspect of the scheme. Within our remit will be the preparation and finalisation of the brief, to include liaison with and co-ordination of department heads to ensure all details are captured. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing all members of the project team. They will provide drawings, specification, budgets, detail costs, communication plans and a programme, as well as managing project implementation through to completion.
