Tim Redfern

Tim leads the Building Consultancy team. It involves enhancing the current service for established clients and establishing new work streams.

Tim has extensive experience of all aspects of Building Surveying particularly project management, dilapidations and building surveys. With over 15 years' of Building Consultancy experience within the Midlands, having acted for a wide range of clients including investment funds property management companies and occupiers. He believes in combining pooled experience, innovative solutions, along with the latest technical developments to deliver an added value service at all stages of the assets lifecycle.
