Paul is a forensic delay expert with 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He specialises in forensic delay analysis, providing expert witness services to lawyers and their clients.

Paul began his career in the construction industry working for major UK contractors as general foreman, site manager and regional planner. Later he moved into management consultancy, providing various planning and programming (scheduling) services.

Over the past 25 years, Paul has specialised in forensic delay analysis providing expert advice and expert witness services. He has been instructed on numerous occasions both in the UK and worldwide to provide CPR compliant reports and later give evidence under cross-examination, including ‘hot-tubbing’. He has passed the Bond Solon Witness Accreditation Course.

His sector experience includes commercial, residential, oil and gas, civil, rail, shipbuilding, and health. Paul has appeared in many dispute resolution arenas including adjudication, litigation and both domestic and international arbitration. He has been instructed on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, employers and developers and experienced most standard and many bespoke forms of contract.
