GL Hearn's CPO team was appointed lead advisor on all CPO matters

We were appointed lead advisor on all CPO matters in respect of a large, mixed-use development in Hounslow Town centre delivering a multi-screen cinema, 527 residential units and over 8,000 sq. m. of commercial accommodation.
In excess of 70 interests in land to acquire, including land held by Royal Mail Group.
CPO was confirmed in August 2016, implemented in July 2017 with developer on site in October 2017.
