The GL Hearn planning team have successfully secured the approval of reserved matters for the part demolition, conversion and extension to Telford Shopping Centre, on behalf of Sovereign Centros.

The approved development will create new retail, food and beverage units (Use Classes A1-A3 and Sui Generis), creation of a new plaza and link mail within the shopping centre, new shopping centre entrance, bus station facilities, public realm and landscaping works.

This scheme is part of the ongoing wider regeneration of Telford Shopping Centre which the GL Hearn planning team have been leading.
