The GL Hearn planning team successfully secured approval for partial demolition (with the retention of a listed façade) and construction of a five storey building within the heart of Kingston Town Centre to provide ground floor retail with 26 residential units at upper floors.

The five storey scheme is located within a constrained town centre site and is surrounded by a number of Grade I, Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings.
