GL Hearn acted for Times Two Securities Limited to secure approval of reserved matters for a 21 storey, 304 bedroom hotel (The Gantry) and a 136 room aparthotel (The Adagio).

Planning permission was granted in May 2016. Since then, GL Hearn has submitted numerous Non-Material Amendment applications including: amendments to introduce a speakeasy bar at basement level; change meeting rooms into additional bedrooms and make alterations to window fenestrations.

The development of this land represents one of the final elements of the Stratford City Masterplan which received outline planning permission in March 2012.
