Responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At GL Hearn, the wellbeing of clients, colleagues and the communities we work in is our number one priority.

Despite the uncertainty brought about by the COVID-1P pandemic, our business operations, and our colleagues, have remained resilient. As government advice continued to evolve, our efforts remained focused on implementing the robust business continuity plans we already had in place. At the same time, we continued to step through our policies and procedures on a regular basis, in order to ensure that we could be agile in response to the needs of our colleagues and our clients through the pandemic.

Our commitment to our clients

Our commitment to our clients remained unchanged – to provide best-in-class consultancy advice. We worked together as a business to provide a consistent level of service, working with clients to ensure safe working practices and to protect the health and well-being of people at all times.

Our colleagues

Our colleagues were set-up to work from home and continue to do so in line with government social distancing guidance adopting a virtual first approach to this new way of working. Any vulnerable colleagues have been supported to work remotely as necessary. Whilst working from home, we have supportied our teams with their remote working needs and their physical and emotional well-being has taken priority.

Our offices

In line with government guidance, all of our colleagues are have been working from home and practicing social distancing measures. Where we have had colleagues travelling into our offices for essential reasons, we have implemented measures to minimise social contact and enhance our daily approach to cleanliness.

If you have any questions or concerns please do get in touch with your usual GL Hearn contacts or email our Operations Manager, Monica Moseley.
