We work at every stage of the development process from inception to completion and can help with the identification, assessment and prioritisation of opportunities through feasibility and financial appraisal to planning and implementation.

Our clients include private developers, fund managers, registered providers, local authorities, NHS Trusts, charities and private individuals. We have particular experience in supporting our clients to satisfy the statutory and corporate requirements that may be relevant to them including the Local Government Act (s123, best consideration), the Charities Act (s117, disposition of land), NHS Estatecode and the Public Contracts Regulations. Our Development Management processes are designed to align with RICS’ Development Management Guidance Note and the RIBA Plan of Work.
