Design and Access Statements and Design Codes Clarity of intent is fundamental; our statements show how the development proposals have evolved through the careful consideration of what is appropriate and feasible for the site in its physical, economic and social context, and demonstrate how the integrated design and access principles will be developed in the detailed design.

Public Realm Design We have a track record in delivering public realm design that is visionary, practical, and viable. We work collaboratively with public artists and bespoke manufacturers, to ensure our design approach creates inspirational solutions.
