Graham Brant

Graham is an Associate Director based at our Southampton office dealing with Rating Appeals throughout the south-east region of England.

Having joined GL Hearn in October 1981, Graham is one of the longer serving members of staff, having initially been based in London, he is now a remote worker attached to the Southampton office.

Graham deals with both occupier and landlord client Business Rate appeals across a wide spectrum of property covering Kent, Sussex, parts of Greater London and Essex.

Graham is also experienced in the rating valuation of specialist sectors such as convenience stores, car manufacturing plants, car parks, and previously dealt with hotels, private-schools and campsites.

Graham advises both Jaguar Land Rover and General Motors Vauxhall on their national car plant assessments.

GL Hearn is one of the leading rating practices and Graham has experience in settling appeals over the 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2017 rating lists.
