Kevin Farrow

As Head of Retail, Kevin oversees our successful and long-established Retail Advisory team, who specialise in managing the cost of occupation for our retail clients, with a focus on food store, retail warehousing, high street, and shopping centre portfolio.

An experienced retail advisor, Kevin has specialist knowledge of the commercial property market, particularly in the south-east region of the UK, Central London, and international retail real estate markets.

Kevin is involved in a range of occupier focused work including strategic portfolio management, acquisitions, and disposals throughout the retail sector.

Prior to joining GL Hearn in August 2020, Kevin was Head of UK Retail Occupier Agency at Cushman & Wakefield. Before that, he spent 12 years with CBRE as a senior director.
