Tracey Gribble

Tracey currently manages a team in Cheltenham delivering the Rates Management of NHS England contract. She also undertakes Rates Management for other clients plus completes the full budget process for Tesco Stores Ltd.

She previously worked for Cheltenham Borough Council for 21 years in the Revenues Section and has an in-depth knowledge of Non-domestic Rates, Council Tax and Rating systems. Tracey joined Donaldsons Chartered Surveyors / DTZ in June 2004, before joining GL Hearn in June 2014. From October 2014 – January 2015 she was on a secondment with Tesco Stores Ltd.

Tracey currently manages the NHS England contract, which involves over 9,000 properties, processing and verifying refunds from Rateable Value amendments, complex transitional calculations as well as managing incumbent agents. She also has experience in Historic Rates Audit and Empty Rates Mitigation for clients.

She has contributed significantly to winning new clients for GL Hearn including more recently NHS, and enabling the company to mitigate the costs of Business Rates for its clients. Tracey will be focusing on expanding the rating services in Cheltenham to a broader range of clients.
