Yee Ke

Yee is a Business Rates Director and has over 15 years' experience advising private and public sector clients on reducing business rates liabilities. Yee has strong account management skills and has built a good relationship with the Health Board / NHS Trust key contacts in England and Wales.

Yee has gained considerable experience in providing rating advice on a wide range of property types including retail, offices and industrial properties. He is also involved in the rating valuation of specialist properties such as hospitals and health centres, where he has in-depth knowledge of contractor's test valuations.

Yee was the client manager for NHS Wales prior to joining GL Hearn and was responsible for the day to day running of the 2017 Rating Revaluation instruction.

Yee is also involved in providing business rates advice to out-of-town large retail space clients and is a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
