Barry is Head of Affordable Housing. A qualified valuer, since 2001 he has concentrated on providing valuation and advisory services to the Registered Social Landlord sector, their funders and advisors and to developer clients. In addition, he has acted as a valuer advising on expert witness cases.
Barry also leads on planning negotiations in respect of financial viability modeling using the Three Dragons Model, Homes & Communities Agency’s Economic Appraisal Tool and/or Circle Developer.
New Capital Quay, Greenwich – Hyde Housing Association: Barry provided valuation advice on this riverfront site in Greenwich to support Hyde’s acquisition of 344 units.
Edridge Road, Croydon – Premier Assets: Barry negotiated the affordable content of this scheme including a cascade mechanism in the event that grant funding was not available.
